When you entrust us with a recruitment mandate, we work with you to define the job description and the desired candidate profile. We then establish recruitment timelines, selection criteria, and working conditions for the employees you wish to hire. We also create a recruitment media plan, handle résumé screening, reference checks with previous employers, and criminal background checks.

After that comes the selection process, which includes interview scheduling with candidates at our offices. We coordinate the interview times with you. Upon request, we also offer medical evaluation services and psychometric assessments for referred candidates.
